2008 City Council Runoff
The final meeting of the charter members of the Veterans Council of Northwest Arkansas took place Nov. 12. From left are Leonard Eisert, Art Leu, Dick LaBrie and Bob Johnson. Member Les Glader now lives in Wheatridge, Colo., and was unable to attend. The men were responsible for the creation of the Veterans Wall of Honor at Lake Bella Vista.
