Bella Vista real estate companies join forces

Two of the biggest names in Bella Vista realty have joined forces in a marketing agreement.
Harris McHaney Realtors now has exclusive rights to market and sell Cooper Homes ’ Signature Series line of new construction homes and projects in Canterbury Hills and Highland Park Villas.
As part of this marketing agreement, and to better serve customers, Harris McHaney is opening a new branch office in the Vacation Rentals building at Town Center.
“ We’re very excited about this new opportunity to work with Harris McHaney because of their excellent reputation, ” said David Thornton, vice president of sales and marketing for Cooper Homes. “ Pat Harris and his staff have been great to work with, and we’re also looking forward to a continued close relationship with some of our own former sales associates. ”
Cooper Communities Inc. closed its homesales office in Bella Vista in June. Margie Ivy, Reva Henry and Val LeClair, all former Cooper Homes Realty agents, have joined Harris McHaney and will work out of the new Town Center office.
In addition to working with Harris McHanney Realtors, Cooper Homes has reemphasized plans to continue its Signature Series floor plans and custom-built homes.
The company credits its homeowners as the force behind keeping the Cooper name associated with quality construction and service after the sale, and believes that all indications point to Bella Vista as one of the best values in northwest Arkansas for ongoing home-building.
