Holiday Hours

BellaVista Library will close at 5 p. m. Wednesday, Nov. 26, and will remain closed through Friday, Nov. 28, for the Thanksgiving holiday. The facility will reopen at 9 a. m. Saturday, Nov. 29. Letters from Santa

It’s time to order letters from Santa for kids of all ages, sent anywhere in the United States in time for Christmas.

Personalization forms are available at the BellaVista Library. The price is $ 5 per letter, with all proceeds benefiting the library.

Sponsors are welcome to help defray the costs of mailing and supplies. Letters to Santa

Attention, youngsters ! Santa has set up his very own mailbox at the library. Children are invited to drop off their letters to be forwarded to Santa, and he may choose a few to be printed in an upcoming edition ofTheWeeklyVista. Brainteasers

The library hosts this mind-boggling eventthethirdWednesdayofeachmonth. The next meeting will be Nov. 19 from 3 p. m. to 4 p. m.

First-timeparticipantsareaskedtopick up this month’s assignment at the front desk. Bedtime Stories for Moms

Young mothers are invited to join this group, which will meet in the library at 10 a. m. Saturday, Nov. 22, to discuss “ Cosmopolitan Girls”by Charlotte Burley and Lyah Beth LeFlore. Preschool Story Time

Miss Kathryn and her storytellers are back every Friday at 9 a. m. in the library. Exhibits

This month’s exhibits include original watercolors by Jackie Schaedle, trains from the Model Railroad Club and wood scrollwork by Stan Crandall. Floral arrangement

November’s arrangement was designed by CathyWayson. Each month, a member of the BellaVista Garden Club creates an original floral design to be displayed for patrons’enjoyment. Hours of operation

Regular hours are from 9 a. m. to 5 p. m. Monday through Saturday, with extended hours until 8 p. m. Wednesday.
