The James Bright Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution met Nov. 3 at the Old Bentonville Train Station. Guest speakers were Paige and Mary Bess Mulhollan, who gave a virtual tour of the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks in Fayetteville.

A new member, Naydean Towner, was presented by Registrar Kathleen Haase and installed by Chaplain Frances Scott.

Members are encouraged to save General Mills Box Tops for Education and Campbell's Labels for Education to be contributed to DAR schools.

Cash contributions were received for Veterans Canteen Books, the annual November project of the chapter. The Daughters will send $ 100 to veterans serving overseas for the purchase of phone cards.

The annual December luncheon will be at 11: 30 a. m. Dec. 1 at Fred's Hickory Inn, 1502 N. Walton Blvd. in Bentonville. Reservations can be made by sending a check to Charlene Chamberlin before Nov. 25.
