Club has gifts in time for holidays

Looking for a good stocking stuffer for Christmas ? How about one that pays for itself five time over ?

The Bella Vista Kiwanis Club is currently selling coupon books with $ 50 worth of coupons inside.

Each book costs $ 10 and the coupons inside are good through August 2009.

A small number of the coupons are only redeemable at a Harps or Price Cutter store, but the rest are good at any grocery outlet.

See any Kiwanis Club member for a book or stop by The Weekly Vista office at 313 Town Center West.

Poinsettias

Club members also are selling poinsettias just in time for the holidays.

They come in three colors, red, white or salmon, are in a wrapped pot and are 16-20 inches tall.

They are $ 10 each and will be available in early December. Deadline to order is Nov. 24.

All proceeds from the book and plant sales go to the club’s many charitable programs.
