AARP driver's class slated

The AARP Driver Safety Program, a classroom driver refresher course for people aged 50 and older, will be offered Dec. 9 in the Village Insurance Community Room at 2838 Bella Vista Way.
Registration begins at 8: 30 a. m. The class will end at 1 p. m.
The course explains the changes that occur in vision, hearing and reaction time as a person ages. Participants will receive useful driving tips for handling those changes.
Those who complete the course may be eligible for a discount on their auto insurance.
