Area Cities Receive Sales Tax Receipts

Area cities ’ sales tax receipts for the month of September as reported in the October issue of “ City and Town”, the magazine of the Arkansas Municipal League, include the following amounts.
The first figure is local sales tax receipts; the second, each city’s share of the county onecent sales tax.
Gravette: $ 56, 826; $ 32, 113.
SulphurSprgs: $ 1, 229; $ 11, 388.
Decatur: $ 10, 572; $ 22, 302.
Gentry: $ 54, 917; $ 41, 346.
Pea Ridge: $ 24, 272; $ 39, 818.
Centerton: $ 57, 579; $ 36, 424.
