Rack Room Shoes uses giant pencils to promote new store In celebration of their new store opening, Rack Room Shoes is planting giant pencils all around town. Anywhere from 250 to 500 giant 3. 5-foot pencils will be placed by Rack Room Shoes employees within a 5- to 10-mile radius of the new store in the Northwest Arkansas Mall located at 4201 N. Shiloh Drive. These larger-than-life pencils will contain coupons.
