FAYETTEVILLE PUBLIC SCHOOLS: Two not-so-pleasant holiday traditions

Two of the holiday traditions in Fayetteville each year are the threat of inclement weather closing schools and the rise in student and staff absences due to the flu. These two become primary topics of conversation all around town, since we seemingly have to deal with one or the other or both each winter.
