Barber judgment A Washington County circuit judge signed a consent judgment on Nov. 20 in favor of American Air Conditioning and Mechanical Inc. against Barber Construction for more than $42,000 plus legal fees of $4,000. Aggravated assault Martin Mock Debriyn, 32, was charged on Nov. 20 with aggravated assault. He is accused on Oct. 19 of attempting to hit anther person with his vehicle. Burglary, criminal mischief Daniel Lee Cincoski, 27, was charged on Nov. 20 with residential burglary, terroristic threatening and firstdegree criminal mischief. He is accused on Oct. 20 of forcing entry into a residence and assaulting and threatening to kill a resident and breaking out several windows. Battering pregnant woman Hugo E. Her nandez-Camacho, 31, Springdale, was charged Nov. 18 with third-degree domestic battery. He is accused of striking his girlfriend, who was six months pregnant at the time, in the stomach several times on Oct. 29, causing injury.
