Miller enlisted

Private (PVT ) Gary Miller of Garfield recently enlisted into the Arkansas Army National Guard. Miller has earned a $ 20, 000 enlistment bonus and other education benefits valued at $ 64, 612. After graduating from Pea Ridge High School in May, he will attend Basic Training with further instruction at Ft. Benning, Ga., as an infantryman. Upon returning to Arkansas, Miller will be assigned to Charlie Company 1 st Battalion ™ rd Infantry in Mena. Private (PVT ) Kristen Spann of Garfield recently enlisted into the Arkansas Army National Guard. PVT Spann has earned a $ 20, 000 enlistment bonus and other education benefits valued at $ 64, 612. A junior at Gentry High School, she will attend Basic Training this summer. After high school graduation, she will attend Advanced Individual Training at Ft. Lee, Va., as an Automated Logistics Specialist. Upon returning to Arkansas, PVT Spann will be assigned to Detachment 2, 224 th Maintenance Company in Berryville. Private (PVT ) Nathan Wever of Garfield recently enlisted into the Arkansas Army National Guard. PVT Wever has earned a $ 20, 000 enlistment bonus and other education benefits valued at $ 64, 612. After graduating from Bentonville High School in May, he will attend Basic Training with further instruction at Ft. Sam Houston, Texas, as a Patient Administration Specialist. Upon returning to Arkansas, PVT Wever will be assigned to Bravo Company 217 th BSB Fires Brigade in Rogers. He is the son of Jeffery and Patricia Wever of Rogers.
